Tonya Palmer's Logboek, 05 feb 19

Down 17lbs so far. 43 more to go. Doing way better on the protein shakes then I thought I would. With the shakes and a mostly protein dinner I'm not getting hungry. I did suffer from a headache for a few days but I think that was my brain missing it's caffeine. I got a peddler since I can't walk and have been using it three times a day on my legs and arms. Having trouble getting my water intake up. Each day I tell myself "today I will drink it all" doesn't happen. Don't want to tie my summer up with knee surgery and rehab so I have plenty of time to get it off.
