I weighed this morning and it was up again. I know I am doing what I am supposed to be doing so it is likely the extra sodium from the broth I made last night to put my chicken in for soup. So I will just keep on and expect that 'whoosh' any day now (hahaha). Clothes wise things are fine.
Today is one of those days that I actually feel amazing. I feel like maybe the journal entry helped me some yesterday. I am almost at 7 weeks post-op so getting a little better each day and that 'exhaustion' is staying at bay a little longer!!!
Whoop! Whoop! Feels good to feel like 'me'. I am so very thankful.
