Just saw the movie named ‘That Sugar Film’. I’m really really impressed. The guy who was eating ‘healthy’ food which contained 40 g of sugar per day for 2 months, got so many diseases. Sugar destroys our functioning body, our system! He changed healthy fats to sugars to see the results after 60 days. Nevertheless his daily calorie intake was the same as before., 2300 per day. I’m impressed and I guess after watching this film I will definitely reduce Sugar intake and change it to more fruits and veggies. ❤️

I agree because in that experiment fructose was mentioned a lot. When i eat 1500 calories per day and mostly sugary things i start to have belly fat , so called ‘visceral fat ‘. Cz my body needs more water after eating sweet things and i do not drink. So best alternative is just reducing portion of sweet things) or change to fruits

Sugar is a carb, carbs are macros which contain calories. Fat converts directly to fat, hence the name. Carbs fill liver and muscle glycogen stores before they would ever turn into fat. No poisons just calories/macros. Poison....:D
