I got my feelings hurt last night but it was the truth and sometimes that does hurt. I know I need to lose weight and I know how to do it. I've done it enough times before. My struggle is finding time to plan my meals, cook healthy ones that the family will enjoy, and finding time to exercise. I'm trying to manipulate my schedule to allow some time for that but it's not coming easily...Hopefully DH will see that I'm trying to make a change for the better and be a little more accommodating to my needs.
