Hello All,
I am back from my trip to see Pops. I feel much heavier, and not weighing in (yet!). We just got in last night so I am sure I am bloated from the plane food, and lots of hydration.
The trip went well. My father's health improved while we were there, so that is a good thing. I am very glad I took the trip.
Waiting to weigh in until Friday AM. To let some things settle. The airplane food and 24 hours of hell that is riding in an airplane does bad things to you. I am sure I am up, guessing about 10 lbs. lol
I was sick of eating at the end of it, and ready for a bike ride that is for sure!
Did not eat very good on the trip. Had some awesome beers! And only 1 bike ride (I am a bike snob now I guess).

I'm glad your father is doing better, and that you're back to YOUR bike :o) . I can't imagine flying that far, that long, ugh! It was good to come on this morning and see you here.

Thanks crabby Kat. It is actually about ~17 hours flying, with associated layovers. The layovers are welcomed leg stretching breaks.
