I was over by 9 carbs on my net carb yesterday.. wanted to go no higher than 40 BUT I did log EVERYTHING and they were good carbs not carbage. I was also way under for calories and managed not to eat after 7pm so overall Im counting yesterday as a success. Started today on a high note after getting in a killer workout and a fantastic breakfast which is HUGE for me right now. I know the rules, I just need to play the game.
Today's goal: Log EVERYTHING HONESTLY, dont eat after 8pm, dont eat crap or stress eat and most important-- love myself because that is the key to my happiness (ive been struggling with self esteem for the last year).
