I reached another goal, and then passed it! 215# was the mini goal and I was shocked this morning when I stepped on the scale; not only did I reach the goal but I completely jumped over 214#. Happy Dance! I truly was prepared for nothing or just another .2 drop. I’m thrilled. Started the gym yesterday for my 30 day purchase at the silent auction; this will primarily be weight machines. I will continue to do my treadmill at home. I need to get measurements today because I think in 30 days the biggest shift may be inches and not so much the scale. I’m fine with that. Body changes are GREAT! I am in this for the long haul.
