I’ve gained a couple pounds back. I’m not logging it yet. It was a rough week with a combo of other people’s preferences and my own ptsd messing up my good habits. I’m back on track though. As I told my boyfriend recently, working out regularly is so much more helpful and so much easier than I thought it would be. Although diet helps too, and that can be sometimes harder maybe?
