Weighed in today to see how the 80g carbs fared on the scale - another pound! Experiment today with 60g net carbs range: will I feel satisfied? will I sleep?

I haven't figured how many carbs I should be having. I don't understand about macrons etc. Right now I'm just concentrating on trying my best and staying within my calorie limit. Haven't had even 1 bit of junk food

Everyone is so different @Nanaard! I was told by diabetic nutritionist in 2015: under 125g carbs and 1200-1500 calories. A different nutritionist in 2017 said: don't count carbs, calories based on BMR/TDEE (calculators to determine) 2000-2500! Well, I lost weight counting carbs and lower calories, and did not lose using BMR/TDEE. I thankfully worked thru binge eating habits and stabilized into balanced eating; which felt great but weight loss didn't happen. I am now doing lower carb because I know it works for me. I am being mindful of nutrients and balanced meals.
