Did well on the fast yesterday and broke it at dinner time. However, last night my tummy started hurting again and feeling like I needed to use the bathroom, but couldn't. This morning no change in my weight. As much as I know it is because of the constipation I am still bummed out. I took some M.O.M. this morning and hopefully that will do the trick. I plan on doing the fast again with everyone else. Planning my menu out for the day and will enter it in.

Worked extra today then got in a good hard work out. Did a little dancing not sure it was a good cool down, but who can resist The Cupid Shuffle...not me!
Things have moved along today so I feel better in that respect...much better! Haven't been that hungry today...had a late breakfast and not sure if there will be a lunch before dinner.
Have a couple of errands to run. The DH told me that we are going out to dinner tomorrow at P.F. Chang's (business dinner) so I will be looking in advance to determine what to order....oh and a good day to FAST!
