Woke up at 10:00 this morning and I feel good. I hope the sun breaks out so I can ride today; it's a little too cool right now at almost 11:00. Almost every muscle in my body is a little sore from the biking and weight training even though I skipped the weights yesterday. I am definitely hungry this morning. I am losing about a pound a day now, so I am going to start taking a picture of myself every day to document and maybe turn the stills into an animation in when I reach 86 kilos. No problems with constipation or lack of energy. Slept 9 hours last night. As I write, the sun is breaking out from behind the clouds!

Biked 12km @ 29kph average for 30 minutes. Rode blacktop but with steep hills. Felled a 51cm diameter maple and limbed it for next years firewood. Carted and stacked 1 cubic meter of split wood. Expectorating A LOT today. Wow.

Just finished a double weight session. I'm feeling it. Still have about three hours more office/desk work to do tonight.
103,0 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 0,9 kg.    Nog te gaan: 16,8 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
