OK. Enough is enough! Time to get back on track. Despite burning an average of 4,200 calories a day over the last three weeks, my weight hasn't moved much. That's because I just eat too much of the wrong foods. I also have a severe case of Restless Leg Syndrome (Willis-Ekbom disease) that keeps me up at night and checking out the fridge. I know what I need to do. I just need to do it. Starting today, I'm logging food again and really cutting back on the carbs.
