March 1st...officially 2 months into my wellness plan. I have eliminated 16 pounds and feeling lighter in so many ways...much less inflammation in my entire body. I'm sleeping better with less pain and have greater flexibility. The before picture was taken in June 2017 at my heaviest...the other is today. I promised myself I would show progress pics to be accountable, so here they are. Time to pick out some smaller clothes. 34 pounds to go to goal. #icandoit 😄💜💪
