gonna try and keep a better journal...like everything else got to make a habit of it...day 94...just came back from my hour walk...kinda cool out there today...was 59 when i walkd out with a jacket on...was glad i took it half way into walk...but by time i got closer to house i was sweating under it...just took longer to work up a sweat today...but lesat i got one started...now for my 1/2 cup of cereal and a bottle of water...and to continue my day....
