Has anyone ever used Tempeh before? 🤔 I bought one to try; it’s been in my fridge for a couple weeks (I low key keep giving it the side-eye 👀). I finally decided to give it a try after looking up a few recipes.
I’ve got a sensitive and weak stomach so I almost gave up on Tempeh entirely once I took a whiff. 🤢 Does it taste as strong as it smells? I sautéed it with ground garlic and ginger then added some soy sauce and sweet chilli. (To cover up its fermented scent) I’m hesitating to have a taste. I need to hear some opinions before I brave this tempeh. 😅😅
