I didn't loose anything this week but I suspect it is because I'm gaining muscle from working out, so not too worried! So this week I am aiming to loose the 1kg which will get me to my MINI GOAL and then it's onto my main goal of getting to between 70kg's and 65kg's before December. I don't plan on loosing it too quickly - just a gradual loss at my own body's pace. Wish me luck!
I decided on Friday to treat myself and we had a curry - ohhhh it was soooo delicious! I did regret it afterward because I had the worst heartburn in history, and still do! hahaha, but it was well worth it!
I've started jumping around singing at the top of my lungs whenever I hear a good bit of music and I've had my stepson in stiches with laughter because sensible Chants is dancing around the flat like a loony! I dreat to think what he'll tell his mother when he goes home today!oh well! I'm loving life!
