My resolve weakens in the late afternoons. It's been so hot that a diet fudgesicle is too irresistible. And I'm eating too late while hubby's out of town. Last night it was around 8:30 when I made a roll-up sandwich from a slab of ham. 6-7 ounces is too much. Need to go to the store for more greens, cucumbers, and celery for harmless chewing. This journal entry format is very confusing. I can't see how to select a date.
June 21: I got a barbecue pork plate for dinner tonight with my friend. Not the leanest meal, I know, but I skipped the bread and ordered only vinegar cole slaw as a side dish. And I set aside half the meal to have for lunch tomorrow. I guess that's better than wolfing down the entire plate like I normally would.
