Ok. So I remember how fat I feel when I eat just because I have a mouth.lol. Got back to business this morning, and made a game plan with hubby....which is oh so needed with people who are used to quitting. We will eat correctly starting today and once we are successful up to next friday we will treat ourselves to a Quiznos salad or something. We will continue to do this every 2 weeks so that we are not depriving ourselves, but also back on the path of losing weight. We are trying to lose our max of 20 pounds a month, which is possible if we stop straying. I feel good about the plan. I will continue to be honest with myself and log my food even if I know its embarrassing.
