I'm a wheelchair user and I have mobility problems so I'm unable to exercise. I was a runner, did yoga etc but now completely sedentary. As a result I've lowered my daily cal limit to 1100. So far able to stick to it but it's early days. I lost 5kg since 2nd Jan.
