So I am “venting”— I am super bummed! I went to take my puppies or a walk yesterday and slipped and fell on the ice literally 200 ft from my home! Hit one knee on the ground and hyper extended the other kinda did the splits! Did as much damage control as I could with ice, Advil, Arnica Montana and other homeopathic remedies. Still super stiff and sore especially the knee I hyper extended. So trying to feel grateful and thankful to God that it was not worse! Still so mad that I am limping around and can’t exercise the way I have been and want to! Trying to fast and save calories for going to The Melting Pot fondue restaurant for dinner with family tonight for a celebration! Have a game plan to avoid carbs and eat what I can so wish me luck! 🍀 Happy Saint Patty’s Day to all my FS friends! 🍀
