This week, having set macros to reach, I realised that I could go an entire week without over eating the things I thought I couldn’t live without. Instead, I’m eating more foods than I could stomach just a month ago; I’m feeling great and more energetic. The scales showing a decrease in weight is only a plus, though the real plus is these results show that trying to hot-wire my metabolism might just be working. 👍🏻💪🏻
