I had a bad week. We had 2 deaths in our extended family, so it has been a stressful time. Plus I'm struggling with the decision of whether I should break up with my boyfriend. We have only been dating 5 months and I'm seeing red flags that worry me. He seems to be really self absorbed which is alot like my ex-husband. There is other stuff but I won't go on. He's a nice guy but I think we would be better off as friends.
So all of this lead to lots of comfort food but in moderation. I really thought the scale was going to show a higher number and I weighed in after I had breakfast. So I guess I should be thankful I didn't totally destroy the progress I had made the first 2 weeks. I'll work at doing better this week.
