slynn_lynn's Logboek, 28 nov 12

Okay, well did okay at Thanksgiving with the family. We stayed at a nice hotel, did have meals at the restaurant and some small snacking, but not a lot. Was very circumspect when it came to the pre-dinner snacks on Thursday, had a small bottle of wine, didn't eat too much extras for dinner. Did not keep a log of foods eaten, just tried to be careful.

BUT, since I've been back home, I splurged and bought more wine, (which is gone now)and have been inconsistent with logging my food, so now I'm trying to rectify that. I got on the scales and it showed that I hadn't gained ANY once we got back from Portland, so I guess I went a little crazy, but now I'm back on track.

When I overeat, I feel really sluggish and heavy, so need to stop that now.
