Hey everybody, how are you?! I miss you guys! I have been adhering to my diet pretty much and going to the gym regularly. I think that I have plateaued but I am still forging ahead! :) I am making a few changes to jumpstart the weight loss and continue seeing the number decrease on the scale. I know that I am losing inches!!!! :D I am so close to being under 300 again! :) Keep your heads up, ladies and gents, and keep plowing!
