That's exactly my daily goal. I eat 5x and just a little less on cals: 1300-1400. It's keeping me at a steady loss. I don't try to eliminate carbs so I've never done keto, I just keep simple carbs out of my life. Been under the weather and recuping from busy weekends so March was a little out or sorts for me. Good luck with your WOE change!

I’m starting something similar. Macros are the same but I’m not sticking to meals as I do best when I can change them up. I’m also going 110% of my maintenance in order to build muscle faster and not gain a lot of fat. Will see if it works. Will probably do 100% for a couple weeks though so my body doesn’t freak out lol.

Welcome all . WOE is your WAY OF EATING. Low fat, high carb (LFHC) like the Keto Diet, or weight watchers, or portion control and moderation, or a type of diabetic diet. It is how you have planned for the foods you will eat in order to succeed at getting to your goal weight and/or improving your overall health. We have people who do many differed ways of eating. Each person is trying to achieve success by doing what they think is best for them.

You will gain water in the beginning give it, 3-7 days to adjust...or even 2-3 week. It all depends on ur body

What rosio19 said is true, you will hold onto a bit more water when you start eating carbs again, but your body will adjust. If you were eating extra salt, like the keto diet calls for, maybe watch your salt intake now a bit closer. Other than that the carbs will definitely help with your workouts!!! Remember it wasn't the low carb intake causing your weight loss, it was eating at a calorie deficit, continue doing that and you'll continue to lose weight!

The recommendation that was given to you totals 1625 to 1750 calories per day. At the low end this translates to: 162 grams of protein = 650 calories, 162 grams of carbs = 650 calories, and 36 grams of fat = 325 calories. Let me tell you, I ate with these ratios for a while and limited to 1200 calories a day. I lost weight but getting in the protein is insane. What I did was: started the day with a high-carb breakfast (fruit, cereal, lowfat milk). High carb snack midday (more fruit). Half carb and half protein lunch: (sandwich and salad). Dinner was mostly protein, and then evening snack also had to be protein. You will find that in the ratios that you are shooting for, getting the protein without topping out the fat is difficult. I ended up eating plain tuna for dinner many times, or having protein shakes with my coffee to get the protein. According to many calculations, a person needs only 1/2 gram of protein per pound so getting 165 grams is way too much for what you need.

Might be way too much, anyway, and I am not familiar with 9round but unless it's a heavy-weight lifting program, the protein recommendation may be impossible for your body to use.
