Oh no. I usally try extra magnesium and C. And if nothing works mineral oil

What are you eating? Too much *fructose* sugar intake can cause this. Happened to me when I was consuming *too much/too many* high-sugar fruits via juicing (e.g. pineapple, mango, beets, etc), and my BMs virtually came to a halt. Nightmare. Try finding out what you're eating that is causing it and cut back, and also look into taking Magnesium Aspartate supplements ("Pure Encapsulations" brand is great). It helped me.

I drink "Smooth Move" to a by Traditional Medicines. it contains peppermint and doesn't taste bad. Of course, you can add sweetener if needed. I add a little honey. Next morning relief.

Try some Senokot. Also, make sure you're eating enough fibre and drinking enough water - 8 cups a day

omg girl I'm so with you hahaha...I just did my research...make a flax meal muffin in a minute, or chai seeds, avocado, cabbage and/or psyllium fiber powder

My guts are dysfunctional from all the years I had an eating disorder & used laxatives. Talked to my Dr and I’m going to try Cisapride.

all I have to do is drink Grapico grape flavor soda. Used to work on my kids too. Has one side effect that is nasty - neon green poop.

What is Cisapride. I also spent years dependent of laxatives and my system is completely dysfunctional. I had been using Amitiza, but now my insurance has decided it will not pay for it and it is over $300 month ugh.

Best thing I found while on KETO.. coffee with tablespoon of heavy whipping cream & tablespoon of butter... 2 coffees & a little water works great...
