The bike and weight cross training seems to be making the scale move down again fairly consistently. I think the whey mix is also contributing. Up early to do the grocery shopping so I only slept about 6.5 hours. Cold and still as a stone outside. The ice and snow are sublimating to fog and the black oaks and the near black pines appear to approach in the drifting mist like unknown visitors.

I am going to learn to sew. I have an 80s model machine here I have never used. I don't even remember where it came from. My clothes are beginning to look ridiculous hanging off my hips and shoulders like wet laundry. They need to be taken apart and re-sewn to fit.
