enough is enough. the candy is offically gone from work after doing 2 local Christmas parades. No will power and all that candy packed on a quick weight gain. Now to reverse it! Lots of water and record everything I eat. If I must snack it will be veggies or popcorn. I know I can do this if my mind is set right. Here we go....looking forward to a downward slope!
