I received a few encouraging word yesterday that has made me open my eyes to my healthy lifestyle. I thought I was lost in this diet world until then. From this day on I vow to do my best in all that I do including making healthy choices when I eat. I have lost 40 pounds so far in this journey. I have about 50 more to go. The first 40 wasn't so bad and neither will the next.
