Day of rest yesterday, felt like I'm coming down with a cold, plus ached from Saturday's work out. I think i'm up for Zumba this morning, at least the Gold class if not both classes one after the other..
I see my primary care doctor for a check-up today and am eager to have her check my cholesterol & all. Not to mention that I've lost a couple more sizes since I aster saw her.:o) Must remember to get my flu shot!
I haven't weighed yet today; yesterday my scale was rather rude to me. I hope my slight excesses haven't caught up with me! I wanted to be at 130 when I saw my doctor, but didn't make it. I'll still be able to wear my size 8 pants today, so I'm not complaining!
