So I started week three today of the Couch-to-5-k...By accident really. I was supposed to be on Day 2 of week 2, but somehow, my computer erased the podcast for it, which I didn't realize until I had gotten to my destination. But week 2 has been a little too easy, and week three day 1 was not as easy, but it was more fun...I actually forgot I was running for a second! So I have decided I am going to skip week two, and do week three two times. I need to figure out the water situation, though. I don't want to run with a water bottle, but I get really thirsty really quickly. Any suggestions??
Weigh-in yesterday was great...1.6 lost!! Yay!! (Ugh, then we got pizza...mistake!!) My husband and I decided it would be best if I waited until I reached my goal weight before getting pregnant again, as that is so much healthier... Going to Boston tomorrow for a job interview! Which stinks, because first of all I don't like cities. Secondly, I ALWAYS pig out when I go off island, because that's the easiest thing to do. Guess I'll be packing!
