stopped drinking booze, Been on intermittent fasting for most of the month, I haven't had a cheat day not even once, and I do 15 mins of Cardio at home.

Listen! IF and OMAD are doing the thing👍🏾 Well done 🙌🏾 When I turned 40 last year, I gained weight in places I didn’t know my body could gain weight, like my back🤦🏾‍♀️ Only IF and OMAD helped me lose weight, especially in those places! I started 3rd Jan this year, and haven’t managed 2 full weeks without going off plan (birthdays, conferences, family functions etc 🙇🏽‍♀️) but I still lost, by getting back to it ASAP. You go girl👏🏾
