Is it true that if you weigh yourself at night you are supposed to subtract 3 lbs from what the scale says and that is your true weight? 103 lbs is really 100 lbs for example? Doesn't seem correct but that is what I was told.

It's true for me. My weight at night is usually 2-3 pounds more than it will be the next morning, unless I'm on my period. You still have food in your stomach and water too, so that's why that is(I reckon, lol).
