Well...Hello All!!! My Name is Tausha and I am 35 and weight 240lbs. I am notonly trying to lose weight but be a healthy individual. I know I can do this! I have been going to the gym 6 days a week for three weeks and have lost 4 lbs. I hope the weight keeps coming off.
