Debinator's Logboek, 27 jun 10

I had a cookout at my house with friends and lots of food and drink yesterday. I ate fairly well calorie wise (maybe not so healthy choices, but still within calorie allotment), drank a few margaritas and a corona(totally out of the ordinary for me, but hey it was a party and as long as I don't party on a regular basis I am not gonna beat myself for it.) and in general had a great day. I am cool with the calories I consume in part because I worked my butt off getting ready for the party (up at 6:00am to mow grass, off to Karate Training for 1 class and teaching 2classes @ 8:00 til 11:30, Home in time to power wash back patio, put up party lights, last minute cleaning touch ups to house, wash dishes, prepare food and drink and jump into shower by 4:30) and considering the fact that I only do this a couple of times a year I can live with the decadence of all that unhealthy eating and drinking. Today its right back to my normal making healthy choices, and getting plenty of exercise- Oh wait a minute, other than the margaritas and the buns, yesterday wasn't so far off the fitness train as one would think after all. Have a GREAT DAY everyone I'm off to the health club to try to whip this body into the shape that it needs to be in.
