DAY 330..DAY 12..GOOOOD MORNING!!!!!! just wakin up to 40 outside this morning..suppose to reach 70 today..gonna be another busy day after my morning workout, gonna cut grass and weed eat again today..more rain is on the way tomow and or friday..we dont really need the rain..but i havent found the shut off button yet..i ran outta my gnc protein mix yesterday..hate when that happens..so i ordered it online..$5.80 for shipping..cheaper then driving 40 min one way to get it..got a heck of a deal buy one at regular price get second one half price..so hopin thats here today or tomow..mix should last me 4 months or so..have been doing ab crunches after supper, tryin to make it a habit, and a way of gettin one last workout in before bed time..read some more in the atkins book last night until i couldnt keep my eyes open..it all makes sense..well need to get up an find breakfast..hope everyone has a great day...catch you all later...

addon: just got home from the gym..got my morning walk in and just half hour on bike today..im ready to cut the ole grass..and get it over with..waitin on the sun to dry it out..so might go an read for a few till it gets dryed out and ready to cut..catch you all later..have a great day!!!!!

Yes Mike, I too order from online! It's so much cheaper with gas prices these days, and the fact that I drive a HUGE suburban!! lol Have you checked out vitacost.com for your shake? I find it a lot cheaper to shop online for many things. With gas prices close to $4 per gallon, we'll all be buying more online. Great job so far!
