Everything seems to be falling into place since I didn't buy more almonds. Almonds, I love you, and I'm going to miss you... for a while.

Nuts are trigger foods. Whatever size container I buy, it becomes a single serving.

Nuts are so hard to resist/control. Better to go without sometimes.

I have to treat almonds like I'm dosing medicine. I measure out 1 ounce for my snack and then force myself to only eat one and then wait a minute. The longest I've ever made them last was just over an hour.
