anything with fat sounded so good especially ihop hamburgers plus I feel like i deserve it. As weird as it is when I diet extremely cautiously and then splurge once a week or whatever I loose more weight afterwards and keep it off.its good to trick your metabolism an have a mountain plateau now and again. I just lost 3 pounds since yesterday..... plus I know I ate more calories than the calculator I used tons of mayo ketchup on my burger double stacked and then cheese bacon and sourcream on my frenchfries (tater tots) not listed but yummmmm...... i split it so who knows..... I think I am obsessed with weight because I hear I am not fat at all. My stomachs flat, guys and girls especially <3 my body but I am not ready to love my body until it deserves it. Light as a feather thin as a rail :)
