Hit the gym pretty hard yesterday, a little sore today, but feel great! I am going to start working out with a friend and he is going to start helping me concentrate on the toning again. I am excited, but kind of despise lifting free weights and I know that is what he likes to do...so guess we will see what happens. I am ready to get this weight off once and for all for sure!
