goooood morning everyone..i kept up an movin alot yesterday with 2 walks, 2x40 min on stationary bike, and 2x30 min on stationary bike..hit 40,000 in steps...needless to say when i layed my head down at the end of the day...was like someone pulled the plug...lol...and when i got up this morning...the first thought that went thru my mind was to take it easy today and next thing i kno im up an moving again...who is this madman inside me ?????
