Wanted to get a quick take on how I’m fairing with my weight loss, and holy hell, 1.7 kg. That’s 3.74 lbs in 4 days. I know this is not healthy, or sustainable, weight loss. Guessing it is due to 2 days of huge calorie deficits. That wasn’t the plan, but they happened. Haven’t had an opportunity to get any physical activity in this week. It’d be nice to find an indoor area where I could walk, it’s been cold, rainy, and super windy the last couple of days and will continue for a couple of more.
