Oh My Gosh........Yesterday was badddddd...and my body is feeling it...sluggish and bloated...I have been loyal to myself for over 1 1/2 months now and I blew it last night....
Well....back on I go....it is a way of life ...so there are bumps in the road.....mine was a pot hole....not quite sure what set me either...but on I go......

I know the feeling, I hit a pot hole last weekend and I've had trouble ever since. I back on the wagon TODAY, I don't like the direction the scales going.

WEll I think I have pulled myself out of my pot hole... I decided to go golfing....lots of walking and fresh air....and plenty of waterto drink...I love golf,,,so today was better for me... The craving just drive me insane some days,,, You can do it Choth...one big jump out of there for you...not anyone else... :)
