Earthlady's Logboek, 29 dec 12

I overdid it a bit last night - I didn't have a lot of food but I ate my evening meal outside at a lokanta - kind of like a Greek style place with home-cooked food. I just had soup, scrambled egg with tomato & peppers and some broccoli, small portions, but more than I would normally eat, I suppose. Anyway the calories were over RDI and I was feeling a bit fed up anyway so rounded of the evening at home with a glass of wine and a few pringles! Not major damage, but over RDI nonetheless.

Today I'm just 200 gr down from yesterday, still way up on last week's lovely low :(

Weekly weigh-in tomorrow but I think it'll be higher than last week.
