Went up a pound. Now I am in a mode of self analysis. Was it that stupid heavy cream with all those artificial extra ingredients and that blasted extra 1 carb per tbsp? (real heavy cream has none) Was it the sugar free gum I was chewing incessantly yesterday? Was it the fact that I actually got 20 net carbs in yesterday as opposed to my daily average of only 11-12 carbs?
I have heard that artificial sweeteners can hinder weight loss, so the sugar and fake heavy cream combo might have been the culprits. I didnt record my weight because those spikes in my history make it look like I had a massive jump in my weight even though it is only a pound.
Finally got in some exercise today.I have pulled a muscle in my right foot which is making walking anything faster than 2.7 mph painful so I just walked slow and steady and kept my incline high so that I could burn a few extra calories that way.
Keeping myself motivated that I am avoiding the sinning stuff and even managed to throw in some exercise too. Lets hope tomorrow is better.
