So I tried Enlighted fudge bars over the weekend. 3 net carbs compared to 5 net carbs that the Breyer's low carb fudge bars had. However, it tastes like chocolate soap. So I will be reverting back to Breyer's!

I’ve never seen fudge bars! I like their ice cream tho I tried the bryers low carb ice cream and it tasted amazing but shot my blood sugar way up and lowered my ketosis from 3.5 down to 1 I think 🙁

oh no! yeah I imagine its not the purest of keto foods, but guess better than conventional ice cream. I've been hooked on halo-top lately. I am sure its not doing me any good either!

Halo top is good too! I was buying it every once in awhile and it’d last me forever since the kids didn’t like it 😜 I think I still have a whole cold brew coffee flavor in the freezer
