Today felt like a good day. I ate on time and took my meds on time so I did not crash at 2pm today. I am finding if I eat protein in the morning I feel much better by noon. If I eat by 1pm and take my meds by 1 pm I do not crash at 2. Tomorrow I am going to walk at lunch and take Bailey out for a walk when I get home from work. This is the only goal I haven't accomplished yet this week. My food is not where I would like it to be but I have to use up the food in the house as I have no money until payday - Thursday. I will then do a healthy grocery. Going to Sunterra Market with Charlotte on Saturday. Looking forward to that.
