Yum Yum..today is my birthday and my mother-in-law made a wonderful meal for my family tonight. Not exactly low-calorie, but I recorded the points, chalked up about half of my 35 flex points and moved on! I did eat too much--only a little over a week in and I can already tell that my tummy is not used to a large meal! (which is a good thing!)
The best news is that I did not bring home the rest of the birthday cake and homemade ice cream--left it at her house! I can enjoy the delicious memory of a treat I really wanted instead of stuffing myself with more than I need.
