Another quick journal entry...please send up good thoughts for my 19 y/o daughter today. She is a NAR for dementia/alzheimer's and she has decided that she wants to join the Army Reserves to get her LPN.

Thank you all so much for the thoughts and prayers her way!! I reminded her today that we told her if she maintained a B average we would pay for her college. She said that she couldn't do that because she was a C student. I reminded her that when she was taking block classes in high school that she was a B student and it was not until we transferred and she was back to six classes a day with homework and projects every night in each one that she went to a C. I think it was more than she could juggle at the time. I reminded her that in college she controlled how many classes she took a quarter. She said, "oh I forgot about the block classes...that makes sense Mom". So I am hoping that it boosted her self confidence at the right time to test (so she doesn't choke).

Sending luck and prayers your way!! You will need to update us on how it turns out for your daughter. At least you have DH to help a little with the paper work and understand how it has to go.
