broccoli, red peppers, sugar snap peas, hummus, strawberries
chicken breast, brown rice, sweet potato fries, carrots
1/2 c. cherry garcia
100 calorie pack goldfish crackers

Today:
Granola & milk w/blueberries, grapes
spinach, strawberry & walnut salad with some goat cheese & low cal spray dressing, sweet potato fries
pina colada giant popsicle from the paleteria man
brown rice, hummus, snap peas, peppers, carrots & broccoli w/sweet potato fries

exercise for 5/6-5/13
Tues-Friday: 30 minutes
Saturday: 40 minutes
Sunday: 40 minutes
Monday: 30 minutes
