Hedder52's Logboek, 14 mei 08

Hit the gym pretty hard today and feeling GREAT! Worked my butt off and am very proud of what I accomplished! I also have softball tonight so that will be good too! I played volleyball last night and that was awesome also!

My foods for the day:
Breakfast: Grapefruit
snack: 1 cup pasta salad with whole grain pasta
Lunch: Turkey sandwich on 10 grain bread
Dinner: Not sure yet, we will have to see what happens, it won't be the best thing, but I will be sure to watch the portion size, when we play ball, we don't really have time to eat "GOOD" but I do my best!
